For long-term roles, we require:

1. A resume with over three years of childcare experience or relevant experience in the applied role.
2. A team interview to discuss your qualifications and the applied roles.
3. Three to five professional references.
4. Legal work authorization in the USA.
5. Consent to background checks, motor vehicle checks, and drug tests.
6. Reliability, outstanding communication skills, and a caring nature.
7. Completion of a 'get to know you' worksheet for your profile and a professional photo submission.
8. Availability for a family interview via phone/video and an in-person trial before potential employment.
9. Valid First Aid/CPR certification.

For the Babysitting Program:

1. A resume showing over three years of childcare experience.
2. A team interview to discuss your qualifications and program details.
3. Agreement to terms and conditions acknowledging the contractor status for on-call services.
4. A $49.00 initiation fee, refundable after completing three babysitting jobs, to ensure commitment and understanding of the contractor role.
5. Freedom to manage your schedule and accept jobs as per your availability.
6. Direct payment from the family for each job.
7. Access to view and connect with each accepted family's profile prior to the babysitting date.
8. Submission of 3-5 professional references.
9. Current CPR/FIRST AID certification is mandatory.
