Supportive Care
All placements include our full support. We vet all nannies thoroughly, checking references, certifications, and more. There is a $1000 add-on fee for any specialty placements.
Replacement Policy
One-Year Replacement Coverage
Replacement fees are based on time elapsed from original placement date:
First 3 Months (1-3)

Only 10% of original placement fee is due for replacement

Example: For a $5,500 full-time placement, only $550 is due for replacement

Months 4-6: 50% of original placement fee

Months 7-9: 75% of original placement fee

Months 10-12: 90% of original placement fee
