2. Eligibility and User Conduct

2.1 Eligibility

All placements facilitated by Balia Nanny are separately governed by our Referral Agency Placement and Service Agreement (“Placement Agreement”). By engaging our placement services beyond browsing the Website, you agree to adhere to that Placement Agreement’s terms, including:

  • Fees and payment schedules

  • Replacement policies

  • Non-solicitation obligations

  • Confidentiality requirements

  • Dispute resolution procedures

In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms & Conditions and the Placement Agreement, the Placement Agreement shall control with respect to referral and placement services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Balia Nanny and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, claims, or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data. By using the Website, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time for violation of these Terms or any applicable law. If terminated, your right to use the Website immediately ceases.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Referral Agency Placement and Service Agreement (if you engage our placement services), constitute the entire agreement between you and Balia Nanny regarding the use of the Website. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations with respect to the Website are superseded by these Terms.
