The specific terms vary based on your placement type: Full-Time Premium Placement ($10,000) Our premium full-time placement includes an enhanced replacement guarantee: First 60 Days: Complete replacement at no additional cost Days 61-180: Prorated replacement fee based on remaining time in the 180-day period Example: If replacement is needed at day 120 (60 days into the prorated period), the replacement fee would be 33% of the original placement fee (60 days ÷ 180 days = 33%) Part-Time Placements For part-time placements, our replacement policy follows the same structure as the full-time policy, with fees prorated according to the original placement percentage: The replacement period matches our full-time placement timeline All replacement fees are calculated based on your prorated placement fee The same quality guarantees apply regardless of schedule Temporary and Summer Placements Our temporary and summer placements also include prorated replacement guarantees: Replacement period is proportional to the length of the original assignment Fees are prorated based on both the schedule (hours per week) and duration of the placement Replacements must be initiated within the remaining time frame of the original placement period Example: For a 3-month summer nanny placement, the replacement guarantee covers the remaining portion of the 3-month period Requirements for All Replacements To qualify for our replacement policy, the following conditions must be met: Written notice with detailed documentation of the reasons for separation Client must be in good standing with all payments Replacement must be initiated within the designated guarantee period Credit applies to new placement at the original service level Credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash Our commitment is to find the right match for your family.
